My complaint:
I have tried all open hours, about 6 calls a day. I had same problem 2 months ago when thought left my phone there,they NEVER answer phone. As it only rings 1 time then says they’re busy to call back later, seems they continually have it set that way. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE! I’ve managed 8 retail stores, supposed to answer by 3rd ring, sometimes hard may 4 or 5 but you ANSWER PHONE. One store I managed was DressBarn, it was 2000 sf store about 4 times size of Dollar Store in Hawkins
Suggested solution:
Train manager and employees to take phone off setting and ANSWER THEIR PHONE! This is sooooo unprofessional. RE TRAIN ALL. DM or RG needs to work in store a few days or week. We had to answer by 3rd ring, same thing with Things Remembered, even if in middle of job. Please take care of unacceptable practice. I Called was 903-769-8075. Thanks
