My complaint:

My daughter bought a 10$ tree from there I went to put it up and the stand for the tree to stand up was not in the box I went up there and asked if I could exchange it I was even going to get a bigger tree. The lady said if you don’t have a receipt I can’t give you your money back I told her I don’t want my money back I just want to exchange it she stated not without a receipt. I spend a lot of money in this store for them not to exchange it. If it were complete I would not be bringing it back
