My complaint:
This location has had issues for the last six years since my family and I relocated to the area from the Southside of Atlanta and we became loyal customers at this store. Every two months, this store shuts down for days because their system is out of order. We can understand being shut down for 24 hours, but this location does not move as urgently as other locations and this happens consistently.
We came to this location 8/27/23 at 10am and they were shut down. So we came back on 8/29/23 at 6pm and they were still shut down. It looked like nothing was being done, employees were just standing around and joking outside of the store and nobody was inside fixing anything. It didn’t even look like they reported anything. If this is not handled, I will go ahead with my decision to get corporate, the state and the news involved. We pay too much money in a convenient area to be inconvenienced like this. Please have something done at this location.
Suggested solution:
Have troubleshooting Technician available at all times to address issues.
