Family Dollar complaint: Racial Harassment

My complaint:

I want to first say that I personally support Family Dollar and drive out of my way to shop there while passing by 3 Dollar General Stores, with this being said it saddened me to watch a young black male be racially profiled and openly harassed by the store manager, Kay. She blatantly called him a “nigger” and openly accused him of coming in the store with the intentions of stealing when he was clearly shopping and it was all caught on tape. I am a white woman, and this really saddens me- this is unacceptable.

Suggested solution:

Kay is clearly incompetent and doesn’t need to work with the public, she definitely doesn’t need to represent a store that I support. I will personally make check in to see if she is employed and if she is you will lose my business and the business of my friends, family and co-workers. It’s time for change and the Kay’s of the world have to be held accountable for their actions.
