My complaint:
I got let go on Dec 20th 2023 I went to work at 1:00 p.m. then lost prevention showed up at 3:00 and she was profiling everybody that was in the store looking at them up and down like they were going to steal something then she had went to the office had two cameras on me while I was breaking down freight then I was calling to the office because she needed to talk to me I sat down and she started asking me about my tattoo over my left eyebrow that says loyalty and she asked me am I loyal to myself or my loyal to my job then she asked me questions on where I was from and told me that she has to find out who family Dollar is hiring to work for them if that’s not called profiling then what is it called am I sick pay I have 50 hours of sick pay and I did not get paid for it how do I go by getting that and one more thing I didn’t sign no paper or seen no proof for what she fired me for if she had me on video
Suggested solution:
They should give me another chance first off and let me get my job back pay off what they think I took also pay me for my sick pay
