My complaint:

for weeks now the card machines have repeatedly failed to operate properly,the staff has been on the phone with administration to no avail,to date the problem still exists causing many loyal customers to shop elsewhere,when will you make a serious effort to rectify the card machine checkout problem or would you prefer people shop elsewhere rather than fix the problem.
