My complaint:

I shopped using the app coupons wanted to use the $5 off $25 for today only. My total was like $26 something and i paid but looked at receipt and it wasn’t taken off because my total was 24.90 BEFORE tax. I am a single mom
And on a very tight budget so I asked could I just get my money back (not use the coupons but get my money back period well Kasey Boone informed me No! She couldn’t refund my money there was nothing she could do that she couldn’t reissue my coupons very hateful I explained I don’t care about the coupon anymore I just want my money back so I can leave she screamed well our system has been down for three days so you’re not getting a refund today! I said well if you have a no refund policy you need to post it where it can be seen she said well if you want to use your $5 coupon purchase $25 worth of stuff. I said no I don’t need to spend in total now $51 and some change to get $5 off! And now I won’t be spending another dime in your store. It wasn’t about the coupons at this point it was about how I was treated and I just wanted a refund!!!!!!
