My complaint:
I have never made a complain in my life but this employee’s attitude was just really bad. I do not mind wearing a mask and I understand it’s required. I was taking care of a girl with a disability and took her to family dollar. I forgot my mask at home so I took a bounty napkin and covered my mouth and nose. I never thought it would be such a big deal. So at the store I’m not sure if it was an employee or manager But she asked me with a nasty attitude if the napkin wrapped around my ear. I told her no, so she told me I couldn’t be there and that I had to leave. She said it with such a bad attitude. In a fast pace I hurried my client who has a disability to hurry and pay. I took her to the register and there she was again and told me with such bad attitude that she didn’t have a register, that she couldn’t help me and I had to get out. It was so disturbing that I of course gave her back an attitude and walked out, left my client there paying by herself. It was so disturbing that I called her a name as I walked out. I have never felt so disrespected by an employee anywhere. I don’t tend to get into arguments with employers but her attitude was so disturbing and I feel like she could have at least told me in a nicer way. I apologize from my part on calling a name as walking out but never in my life have I felt so disrespected in a store.
Suggested solution:
All I want is for someone to talk to this Crew or individual. Work with their poor attitude. It looks really bad on family dollar. I’ve heard bad comments from individuals About this store. Please work with that.
