Family Dollar complaint: Poor customer service.

My complaint:

I am a regular customer at this store, there seems to be a whole new staff. There is this one associate that works at the register. I had to deal with her rude service on multiple occasions. The latest was today 2521 at 16:43 pm. I was attempting to checking out. I walked over to the register she was at she looked at me and walked away to the other register so I walked over to the spot on the floor and waited she waved her hand for me to come over. She rang up my items told me the total and only bagged up half of my items, and put the bag in the basket with the other items. I mistakenly gave her an extra dollar that was stuck to another one, while she counted the change I gave her I noticed the extra dollar I gave her. I told her I think I gave you an extra dollar she ignored me so I said it again she grunted to let me know she heard me I guess. she took the extra dollar and threw it in the basket with my stuff. I asked her for some bags for my other stuff I bought, so she took off two bags and handed me the bags and said here’s two bags. I had to bag up my own stuff. There has been multiple time I shopped there and she has been just disrespectful to me, and to others. One time while standing in line waiting for my turn she was rude for no reason to this women and her child and then to me. This women and myself has discussed her behavior in the parking lot.

Suggested solution:

This associate does not belong in customer service.
