My complaint:

While i was in line ready to check out. The cashier that rang me up was first off txting the entire time. When it was my turn next she went ahead and looked at her phone finishing up her conversation before she had time to look up at me. Customers are always priority. This is sad that the cashiers phone is way more important then her job if shes getting paid to work she should be working. Also she was not wearing a face mask. I called the manager shortly after i left and she said she cant make anyone do anything if they dont want to. So shes saying she cant be a manager and do her job. Fail to tell her employees not to use a cell phone on the floor. Fail to correct a simple mistake instead she was just giving me the run around that she cant do nothing about her unprofessional team member. This is the location i go to because its the closets one to my home. Im upset to see that this new world has no sense of self respect for the neighborhood shoppers.

Suggested solution:

Have better staff.
