My complaint:

I was attempting to purchase a rug and when I got the item to the counter it didn’t have a tag on it. The cashier seemed dumbfounded asked ME to go and get another rug. I asked her if her manager was available and she stated she was in the back of the store. No attempt was made to contact the manager. There was a problem with my transaction and the manager came to the register. I asked her about the rug and she stated. I don’t know how much this costs either. I told her which area the rug was located in, yet she didn’t go and get another rug, nor did she send another associate, that was standing around looking at their cell phones, to get another rug. I find this kind of behavior to be totally unacceptable. This took place 12-7 23 at approximately 5pm.

Suggested solution:

I would like a gift card totaling $15. This was the approximate cost of the rug I attempted to purchase.
