My complaint:
I went inside of family Dollar late eveningWhile wearing a face covering the person at the register was extremely rude and he told me that the face covering I was wearing was not an actual face covering even though it was it had a mask after purchasing my things I quickly realized that he overcharged me for something that I did not purchase a bandanna then told me it’s not that hard next time wear a face covering and he wouldn’t refund my money so I had to call my bank and dispute the charges he was completely rude unprofessional
Suggested solution:
They should call me or email me so we can discuss this matter and I should talk to employee and tell him not to be rude
