My complaint:
So almost three weeks ago I had an interview at the family dollar in Morrison. I was offered the job and was told to go home and take the online test so I did. I then received an email from u guys saying that I was being offered the job of assistant manager and that I could start work. Becky called me and told me I had to do a background check and instead of starting me and then possibly having to fire me because I didn’t pass the background check. She told me she would call me when it came back. Over the past three weeks I have gone in and asked about it numerous times and kept getting told it hasn’t came back yet. Well then I found out that Becky had already went and hired someone for my position because she got tired of waiting for the background check. I’m pretty sure that u can not offer someone another person’s job like that. I was never called about starting or not being able to start she just hired someone else. Just letting u know I will be contacting my lawyer about this. You have a wonderful day.
