My complaint:
On 3-15-24 store manager, announced upon my arrival that corporate no longer allows and dogs ,service otherwise in their store and she will refuse to serve me. I told her that you can’t do that because it is against the law. She said to take it up with corporate.
I took my item to the register and she refused to ring the item up. I again told her that this was against the law. She said ,sarcastically, I’m sure it is. Take it up with corporate.
Valery has been giving me grief about my service dog for 2 1/2 years now. I have shown her my dogs registration and still get told that I can’t bring her into the store.
Suggested solution:
I would like to see the employees better educated on ADA laws and how to respond to service dogs. As far as Ms.Rios she should be greatly reprimanded for her actions.
