My complaint:

Hello, I would like to notify you of a very poor experience at your banning store location. Last week I came in and spent about $90 I purchased a few clothing clothing items and reminded the clerk to please remove all censor tags. She forgot one on a pair of pink children slipper which were $5 ! Any how I only come to the area a few times a week so I returned a week later to have the security tag removed. When I entered the store the associate a young woman with shoulder length blond hair seemed busy and was not very friendly. I told her what happened and asked if she could remove. She then “ profiled” and or used discriminators regarding her lack of social and cultural competences and use bias body and verbal language to say that she had to see a receipt to “ make sure” when I asked her what she thought she was making sure if she rolled her eyes and said it’s her job. I had literally just walked in. It was a $5 item! Are you kidding me? I was already inconvenienced because they didn’t do their job of removing the security tag. I then proceeded to give her my recipes to have my already purchased items back. This was a absolutely degrading. Please train your associates to have calm sense $5 dollar items! Just walked in! As well as how to be culturally and socially aware.

Suggested solution:

That’s honestly up to you. I just don’t feel like I ever can return to this store, unless I’m dressed in a tuxedo or she I meet her social standards of not looking like a thief. Loss for words.
