My complaint:

I have complained several times to the manager about an employee named Bree not wearing a mask. The manager has talked to her and she still refuses to wear the mask properly. I live next to this store and I love going there, but now I will have to go somewhere else due to this employee not being able to properly wear a mask. Bree is rude to customers and acts like she does not want us even in the store.

Suggested solution:

The rising cases of covid is a very big concern and considering Bree has had plenty of talks and chances to wear her mask and refuses to do so I believe she should be let go till masks are no longer a requirement.
