My complaint:
I went up there at 8:10 am and ask the lady I’m here to buy some lysol, the manager told me to come back at 10:00am, I went back up there a heavy set dark skin lady said they don’t have any and walked away before I could say anything else to her, a guy behind the register that’s always on his phone saying come back at 3pm because they gotta take them out of boxes, it’s 5 workers in there all of them sitting around constantly going outside smoking, I’m trying to see why I gotta keep coming up there just to get a bottle of lysol when it’s enough workers there for it to been put up on shelves, I am highly upset because I was told 830 then 10 and now 3pm but don’t worry I will not be going back they lost my business for good.
Suggested solution:
The workers should work instead of doing what they want when they want that's not good for business.
