My complaint:
I went to the store to get things i needed i got out my car i forgot my mask so before i entered i went back to my car to get my mask and i noticed on the door there are several signs that say you have to wear a mask to enter the store there are 2 signs up that say this so why is it i entered the store and seen 3 people in store without masks on and 1 more went in store without 1 on why have the signs up if your not going to go by protocol and honor what the sign say so if your not going to follow protocol and go by what your signs say me and my family will not be going back to this to do any shopping because the store is not following there rules of the signs they put up and to make it bad there was a employee by the door and never said a word to the people without masks on
Suggested solution:
They should follow there on rules and go by what they signs on the door say if you don't have a face covering or a mask u can not enter the store
