My complaint:
I went in to work at 3 PM on July30, 2020.
I got into an altercation with my cousin out side of the family dollar.. Antwan Howell. My supervisor and my cousin are having an affair. As he does with most girls that shop at family dollar. She walked in and asked him so u told my cousin I’m a groupy of urs which I can for sure u I’ve never told her that. I told her I thought she was one of his groupies. And when she said that to him I told her… no I said u are one of his groupies….I went back outside then came back in. He started asking me questions about what happened. I told him I didn’t want to talk about it. He stood over me with his finger in my face. N told me he ain’t the one to play with.then stepped back to the register where he was at in the first place before he stepped in my face. N told me that I was fired. I asked his reason for firing me. He told me i disrespected him. But told my Manager michelle that I clocked out. But I didn’t clock out till he said I was fired. Ect. Let him tell it I yelled at him. Smh but i never yelled at him. I was telling him I didn’t want to talk about what had just happened. I believe the groupy word caused anger to him and my cousin
Suggested solution:
Whatever those consequences are to fire a good employee. Or an employee Period. For nothing.
