My complaint:
I came into Family dollar for lights and I saw a sign saying 75% off for $5 and up . Manager said she removed all the signs and went to go look. Saw 2 signs, removed them and would not honor the sale price for my items. I purchased what I could. Also the Manager was really rude towards me because she made the mistake. If I had been white, I’m sure I would have gotten my items with a smile and a have a good day. Instead I was ignored.
Suggested solution:
Not sure of your policies on sale signs left up once sale is over. But you guys need to do better , otherwise Amazon will be getting the rest of our business.
