My complaint:

I started working there on Dec 15 of 2020 when I first worked there she gave me all my hours but now she doesn’t care at all. She only allows me to work 2days out of a week. I called her 1 day and asked her basically wasn’t I supposed to get a certain amount of hours and she told me no. She got mad because I asked her. She gives a lot of people there hours but me. She’s immature. She talks about me to other co workers. She’s does a lot of favoritism. She ignores me sometimes. I asked a question for a customer and she look me straight in my face and didn’t say anything. She’s gets irritated when I asked her for help. Its my very first time working at a family dollar so of course I’m going to need help she doesn’t care about that at all. She told me that the family dollar job wasn’t meant for me simply because I move at my own pace. I dont rush because I dont wanna mess up. When the Gm comes around she put this act on in front of and his manager when they leave she goes back to being mean. When she don’t get her way or she gets mad she walks out.
