My complaint:
You ran an ad for buy 1 get 1 free tidy cat litter. By Wednesday of a week long ad starting December 6th no litter at 4 stores. Which means they were not supplied with litter to comply with the ad. Your company should have made sure there were extra bags for the ad you ran.
Suggested solution:
they should make sure stores have supplies for the ads they run
