My complaint:
I went into the frankin street Family Dollar store in Michigan City, IN and as many times I go in there, the associates are never wearing a mask, they are on the sales floor with no mask during a severe pandemic, this is very concerning, something needs to be done. Also one time my family and I went in there this gentleman who works in the evening comented on the box of tampons I was purchasing saying oh how did you know I needed these. I walked out, he then asked my husband who was paying oh did I embarrass her, he said no you pissed her off so thank you for that because now I have to deal with that. Yes I was very mad. How dare this guy. I went in there tonight and he was playing music on his phone so loud and singing while ringing me up, couldn’t mute the phone to do his job, this is to much, he is to rude and needs some coaching and developing. Or a different job where he does not work in the public.
Suggested solution:
start wearing masks, and social distance. Coach and develope this guy on how to act in the public eye, no phones, keeping comments to himself
