Complaint: No manager taking the end of the line first

My complaint:

No name tags on any employee, no big bags at all, the line was so large someone opened second register and left the front of the line standing there. It was horrible. I waited for 15 minutes. And the people behind me were old. Since when you do not take next person in line.. I asked 4 times for manager they said they dont know where she is.

Suggested solution:

Teach your employees to wear name tags, take next person in line and have a manger in the store at all times. Manager not there un acceptable
