My complaint:
The employees at this FamilyDollar won’t wear face masks. There is a sign on the door that says no one may enter without a face covering but the workers won’t wear them. They say it’s a matter of choice. They say the virus is like the flu. The manager there is Shannon Mullins and she says she has a medical reason not to wear a mask but she has in her pocket a marijuana pot pipe and she smokes on it all day long. It’s a pot vapor oil. She has a medical marijuana card to buy pot and she grows many plants at home. Is this allowed at Family Dollar stores? Thank you for your help. I have lived in Mayer AZ for 20 years and I will never go back to that store again.
Suggested solution:
Make sure that you enforce wearing a mask for your employee’s.
