My complaint:
This,is not the,first location that did not have bags I was shocked but then it happened again and the staff says this happens all the time
Many people walked out as I did the second

Are you closing. Down or too,cheap for bags
Suggested solution:
Give them the proper tools
Bad enough we have to climb over carts and wait on line for one person
No way to run a business
I could do better in 30 days
