My complaint:
Not a single employee there has been wearing a mask during the COVID-19 pandemic, despite Michigan’s mask mandate. It is the only store in town I have been to that has been irresponsible enough to allow its employees to go maskless.
Suggested solution:
Enforce mask-wearing.
