My complaint:

I had an issue with this store before about keeping my bag at the front door. I had called corporate and they said its not a policy and that they cannot make you keep your bag at the front. Especially during covid these employees have been very rude. The place they ask you to leave your bags at it dirty and does not get cleaned. I took multiple pictures of how dirty the place where they ask you to pit your bags at. I have seen multiple people not have to leave their bags and now this is becoming a big hassle to even shop at your store. After the last incident I was let in with my bag and now the employee on duty at 11am November 29th 2020. I want something done about this and I am going to seek legal action since this is becomming a constant issue at your store here on beach Blvd.

Job training, reform, customer certain times a day just for covid which they dont clean nothing and I have pictures of how dirty things are in that store.
