Family Dollar complaint: Mistreatment and harassment at the hands of you employee

My complaint:

I was in the store buying what I needed. When I got to the cashier, she began to ring me up and the total can to $52.35. I only had 50 dollars with me and asked her to remove a couple of items. She began to scream and yell at me that she wasn’t going to do it because the last time I was in the store the same thing happened. In front of all the customers she went on a yelling tirade about how I do that all the time and she was sick of it. She then took care of all the rest of the people in line. Then she took my stuff, even though I was first. When I asked for my change she said there was none which is a lie because I needed to put the items back because I needed a dollar to catch the bus home. I am a 55 year old women who walks with a cane because of a bad back and knee. This woman embarrassed verbally abused me. On top of all that I had to walk home because she keep my change. It took me over an hour to walk, and now I am in extreme pain. I want my change and some compensation for the abuse of your employee! This was the worst experience I have yet lived through. Please can someone help me.

Suggested solution:

I want my change. I want to be compensated for the embarrassment, having to walk home, and the pain I'm in!
