My complaint:
I was an assistant manager at Family Dollar, my (female)cashier reported to me and another female assistant manager that our lead manager Brian was txting and saying lewd things to her. After initially talking with him, he continued saying things to her so I said something to my district manager Tony. I was told i was a liar. With black and white proof and was terminated. I HAVE SCREENSHOT PROOF
Suggested solution:
Um investigate the matter? Your District Manager Tony is covering for Brian. Instead of investigating the matter.
