My complaint:
Why would you allow any employee to go maskless let alone a manager this Ken should be reprimanded at the very least this pandemic is not a joke and it seems like people representing you don’t care how they represent your brand.
Suggested solution:
Discipline this manager Ken and let him know that masks are not a matter of opinion it's a public safety issue.
