My complaint:
I asked if they were going to open another register she said when she got time I asked for her name she refused to give it to me her nor the other cashier had on name badges I asked her 4 times for her name she refused I told her that I was contacting corporate she said she would take my name and info and she would let them know and they would contact me I told her that isnt how it works and that if I ask her name she is required to give it to me ao I found out her name I came back to the store told her I found out her name in less than 5 min then she came back out of the store after I left and told me I was band from the store I return I know is illegal because I did nothing wrong I did not threaten her life nor did I steal
Suggested solution:
She needs to be fired do the the fact that she never follows policy she is always outside smoking she is always on the computer and her customer service is horrible I am in management myself I know how customer service goes.
