Family Dollar complaint: Manager couldn’t assist

My complaint:

I have coupons on my family dollar app. So I go to the register enter my number for my coupons. I asked the manager at the register did my coupons go through she said yes I said how much she say $2.00. Which I not right I have the $5 off 25 or more. My total was $111.84 I asked did $5 deduct she says no I said can you fix it she said no. I said so how does it works she said she don’t know.

Suggested solution:

I need my coupons to work, something needs to be done I need a better coupon and a better system if my coupons are not able to be used.She needs to be more inform. I need someone to be able to assist me and others and the line was so long I social distancing. I’m goin to report this family dollar to the Florida department of health this is very unsafe. None of my coupons I clipped work I suppose to saved over $10 this unacceptable.
