Complaint: Charged me twice

My complaint:

Hello. I went to the Family Dollar at 1023 S. Cesar E. Chavez Dr. in Milwaukee Wi on the date of 11-17-20 at 11am. When ai was checking out I used my Ebt card to pay for the food. Then proceeded to use my debit card to pay for non food items. Thats when the debit card machine shut down for some reason. Then the cashier rebooted the card machine.. I already payed the food with the Ebt card. So we had to scan everything all over again and I had to pay with the Ebt again and the debit card again. So I got charged 2x with the Ebt. I checked my Ebt card and there is 2 transactions that are the exact same but 10minutes apart. I called the store but the number is not in service. What I dont understand is how can a business like Family Dollar not have a store number.

I would like to reimbursed on my Ebt card. I do have the receipt.

The EBT transaction will be pending 3-5 days and be reimbursed. Family Dollar switched network providers recently and the phone numbers have not been updated.
