My complaint:
Manager I think her name is Doris. Very rude, lazy, condescending, does not do anything in the store. The store is filthy overloaded with boxes and totes. She sits in the back room does nothing. The previous managers were so much better than her. They kept the store clean and keep up with the stock. I don’t know where you got this manager. She seems pretty old to be a manager. You need to a better management. The store looks horrible!! Poor management.
Suggested solution:
Get rid of the manager if she is not doing her work!!!
