My complaint:
I came to this location on 9-1-2020 to return some items. I brought my receipt with me and was approached by store manager Jasmine. She was rude and very unpleasant and unprofessional. I had asked Jasmine when she finished the return to ring up my Dr pepper. When she had finished I had thought that she did the transaction of my purchase of the soda and proceeded out the store. Jasmine had come out side and informed me to come inside and pay. I said I am sorry I thought that Jasmine had taken care of it . When I was in the store she was nasty and said that you thought you wasnt going to pay. I said not true I don’t have to steal. Then she was cuss I ng me and I said where is her manager and she said she was the mother fucker manager. And I then paid for soda and as I walked out the store Jasmine followed me and was cussing and called me a stupid white b@$ch and spit on me . So I got in my vehicle and I made a police report on Jasmine for assault and I felt harassed and disrespected. I had spent $386.00 that in the Family Dollar and I feel unsafe in your store and I will not be returning. Thank-you.

757 -407-1169 my name is crystal . I had spoken to another Manager at another location in the Family Dollar. I feel like Jasmine should be evaluated and terminated. I am a Business owner of Angel Oak Landscaping. As a business owner I would not keep unprofessional employees in my business.
