My complaint:
I went to my local family dollar I had a coupon from arm and Hammer laundry soap I received directly from the company for doing a survey on products.i was in line with 4 customers behind me I gave him the coupon and the soap and he yelled out this coupon is fake I had the letter from the company with it and it has the gold security line on top of coupon I was embarrassed that he was insinuating I would even try to do something like that I will never go back to that family dollar again. All the managers there have bad aditudes and treat people rudley
Suggested solution:
Train your managers on how to tell fake coupons and how to communicate with customers. They all need to learn how to be personable with customers
