My complaint:
I’m gonna contact a lawyer because you have an employee who has twice slandered me in front of a store full of people and I have my wife and grandchildren to serve as witnesses as to how rude ,stubborn,and downright insulting your employee has been to me twice now I will not be slandered by your obviously racist employee who twice now has approached me in your store accusing me of being someone else and calling me all kinds of disparaging names and insisting I am this person when I have no idea what she is talking about and she will not explain it to me so that I may defend myself, I’m 50 years old a grandfather and have been shopping at that location for years all the sudden one day this employee comes up to me and says didn’t I tell you not to come in here any more ,now I am flabbergasted as to what she is talking about and I ask her what in the hell are you talking about and she proceeds to refuse to tell me but throws me out of the store in front of my wife grandchildren and neighbors the most embarrassing thing that has happened to me in years I suggest you take a look at what this employee thinks she can say to people without them being able to legitimately refute whatever it is she’s talking about so I’m contacted a lawyer because I want my say in defending myself she made it personal now and I’ve got a lot of witnesses so be prepared
Suggested solution:
I expect an apology from this rude employee of yours I have no idea what she is talking about and quite frankly she needs to put the drugs down
