My complaint:
I would like to remain anonymous to the store manager due to retaliation to employees. The store manager Regina Stover is horrible. She treats her staff very poorly. She has an employee who’s been there the longest and comes in late every time. Instead of talking to her she cuts her days. If you go against her she cuts your hours. She talks about all of her employees the black guy who works there to customers . Husband dying of cancer and she has affairs on him. She hired her fling Mario Stover who use to drive for Family Dollar. She will say discriminating things all the time. If you are a black male who doesn’t give her any attention she holds it against them. Employees are scared to say anything because she will get cut their hours so they will quit. Her boss Kevin will not say anything to her. There is so much more I can say
Suggested solution:
She needs to be transferred or given more training. Things are personal with her. Someone needs to talk to her or move her. Send a secret shopper there more than one day. If she doesn’t like that employee she will do want she can to make you quit so you can’t file unemployment.
