My complaint:
Horrible customer service. My family and I are shopping for essential needs and my daughter wanted a toy and She said that she wanted it. The employee started yelling at us and saying that my daughter who is seven years old was a disturbance and started yelling towards my daughter. I asked the employee to stop talking that way towards my seven-year-old and she was extremely rude so we stopped shopping and went to the checkout and the employee was still being very aggressive towards us. I asked for the manager’s name so we can file a complaint for harassment and it became so bad that I might have to do a police report.
Suggested solution:
I would like for the store to either fire that employee or give her mandatory training on customer service especially towards children
