My complaint:
I went into Family Dollar at approximately 4:45 p.m on Sunday October 11th 2020. I went in to purchase a frame for my degree, dog food, and antibacterial soap. As I was walking down the aisle, a woman approached me and asked if I needed help. I told her no because I know my way around Family Dollar very well. I shop at Family Dollar at least 4 times a week. I noticed that the two workers were following me, but I was almost done with shopping. I got to the checkout and put the soap on the desk, that’s when the lady that asked if I needed help told me to empty my purse. So I looked puzzled, and I told her I’m not emptying my purse. She told
The checker not to ring my stuff up and that she was on the phone with the police. Then the lady said I told you not to come in my goddamn store no more. I told her you don’t even know me, you got the wrong person. Then she said you’re that lady on dope and started using profanity. So i told her that she didn’t have to worry about me coming to this store anymore and that she needs to work on her customer service skills and maybe quit smoking weed because she was high, her eyes were bloodshot red then maybe she could remember better what was going on. So that’s when she started to make fun of the way I was dressed and saying that I’m just like everyone else around here, looking to steal. I don’t take things from people that are not mine. As I was walking out the door she called me a ice head and thats when I defended myself.
I picked up a pack of peanuts that were by the door and threw them at her. She threw them back at me, then followed me out the store where she threw two cans of Red Bull at me. I will be contacting my attorney as soon as possible and calling the BBB about the situation to see if they can help me. I was stalked and harrased, and assaulted by this manager and I have two witnesses that were outside in the parking lot, and their was a guy in the store that will verify the way I was treated and humiliated in that store. She asked me to empty my purse. I included the time and day of the incident so you all can go and review the tapes from that time frame. I spend a lot of my disposable cash in family dollar because they have the lowest prices and they are convenient. I will not tolerate that kind of treatment and I will do everything I can to make sure this doesn’t happen to anybody else.

Prove I did not take anything. I was stereotyped. Harassed, embarrassed, and
Humiliated by this woman who calls herself
A manager. This lady needs some kind of disciplinary act given. Not to mention she was threatening to cut me with a box cutter, you will also see that In the video.
