My complaint:
I went Into family dollar earlier tonight around 630 pm off 28th because I needed a headset for my pc to talk with my friends and to get something to eat tonight. I first went to the headsets to check the prices to know what I would have left for food after the headset and as I was walking with the item to go look at food I was told the item needed to stay up front so I went and put it on the shelf close to where I got it because I was going to go back and buy it yet. Anyways I walked around for a few minutes looking for something to eat and didn’t find what I wanted and as I was heading back to front of store the middle aged blonde cashier told me I was no longer allowed to come back to the store and all I did was look around and was going to buy a headset. IDK if she thought I was going to steal it because of how I was dressed or what but I own a 1200$ gaming pc I just needed a headset to talk to my buddies til payday and family dollar is the closest place to where I stay with affordable food so not being able to shop there really affects my ability to eat.
Employee acted like a manager and was middle aged blonde woman kinda heavier set.
Suggested solution:
Give punishmentwarning to employee. Allow me to shop although I'm sure her verbal warning doesn't hold up legally.
