My complaint:
store 06308 at 8411 west Indian school Road phoenix az. purchased 6 steam cards $20.00 each total of 120.00. The young lady at the store activated the cards. When i got home the cards didn’t work. I went to return the cards the young lady refuse to refund my credit card. i have purchased cards from family dollar with my credit cards in the past I had no problems. i have never used cash in the past at any of the family dollar stores.

Suggested solution:
refund my $120.00 from the steam cards and have them post cash only for gift cards if that be the problem.
