My complaint:
Today is October 12 2020 I stopped by the store to buy some belongings.. first before I can walk in the store I hear the two cashiers talking and cursing loudly and talking about another employee who wasn’t present at the time while they had a store full of customers… then they was playing the whole Time still cursing in front of the customers talking about shaking ass in front of the customers and that was from the assistant manager who was on shift at the time I couldn’t get the gentleman name because he was too busy outside playing and wasn’t telling the employees to realize they were at work and not at home.. the type of language they were using it made a lot of the customers uncomfortable the two cashiers were one was a pregnant African American and the other cashier was African American with short hair with a lip ring and she was on the phone laughing the whole time while they had customers the store wasn’t organized I was disgusted and a lot more customers felt the same way I will never go back to that store again and the whole time the employee who had the lip ring I her mouth kept saying she didn’t want to be at work the whole time and she was being so rude to customers
Suggested solution:
Get rid of employees and rehire new employees who really want to work.. because it is people out here who really want a job and those employees don’t want to work period I wish I would have recorded them so corporate would have seen how that situation was
