My complaint:
Went and got snacks before work, got abt 6 bags of chips and a bag of popcorn, my kids opened them and they smelled aweful. Took the bags of chips back to the store. 4 bags were stale and outdated! Went back to get a refund, was told to go look thrgh the chips to find some updated. There was chips from last oct!! Was trying to get a refund for the simple 6 or 7 dollars or i was gonna sue…. They request that i sue because they could not give a refund. I have pictures of the dstes on the bags and my receipt and will definitely be taking this further.
Suggested solution:
I tried to let them resolve it, ther requested to go ahead and sue because they were not giving a refund! I have pics of all the bags for whatever reason i cant post them all. I will keep them until this issue is taken care of
