My complaint:
I bought a speaker and several other items, I walk out to the sidewalk and went to open the box, it was empty. I emmediatly walk back inside one of three cashier suggest a refund the other two are talking and smiling, and switch up there method of handling the situation, I get angry and leave… It’s only ten dollars but I really was looking forward to using it at work tomorrow…
