My complaint:

I went to the store on Sunday Morning around 10:00 A.M. 111518. I walked in the store and their were two employees there – a young man and woman. The young woman was on her phone near the front without a mask. I ask her why she didn’t have a mask on and she rolls her eye and said something under her breath. I told her she needed to put a mask on. I then proceed to get what I came for and go to the register to check out. She was behind the register without a mask on. She refused to put on a mask and she had the male employee to check me out who had on a mask. She was walking around the store without a mask which is required in Houston, Texas.

Suggested solution:

You need to make sure your employees wear a mask. I have to go in that store again this week and if I go again and find she doesn't have a mask on, I will be contacting our local agency and let them know that store is violating the mask requirements and this store will be fine $1000. Everytime I go in there and I don't see them wearing a mask, I will report it.
