My complaint:
Hi. Yesterday I was shopping at Family Dollar in Lackey, KY like I do once or twice a week. I noticed one of the workers was following me around while I was shopping. I had my shopping cart full of items I was about to purchase and was looking at something and had stepped away from my purse that was in my shopping cart and she went through my purse without even asking me. I had some personal items in it that I had purchased from the same store the day before. She seen the 2 items and told me to put them in the cart and leave the store. I was very upset but done as she asked. I went home and had to go through the trash but I did find the receipt for the items I had purchased the day before. I am beyond upset that she took it upon herself to go through my purse. I usually spend around $150 a week at that store but I will never give Family Dollar any of my business ever again. The worker’s name is Brionna.
Suggested solution:
I don't think there is a resolution. I have told my family and friends about what happened and they said they don't like to shop there either because of that same worker.
