My complaint:
My boys and I are no strangers to Dollar Tree we shop there on a regular basis. As I was checking out my children were looking at some Halloween stuff by the checkout stand. One of the employees come up and put her hands on my 3 year old and was saying things to my children. Then I noticed her bullying them and giving them a deadly stare while she was stalking a few feet away. My children were starting to look afraid and distressed I quickly got after her for harassing my children who are seven and 3 years of age. I asked the cashier for the store manager she said that is the store manager unfortunately. I then approach the store manager and asked her her name she said **** she wouldn’t give me a last name and admitted to being prejudice with pride. She then bum-rushed me as she walked by with a box cutter out like she was trying to intimidate me.
Suggested solution:
She needs to be held accountable and fired!! She traumatized my children
