My complaint:
This is a new store. I went there to get 3 items that were on sale. (grand opening sale) The detergent I bought was normally 5.25 on sale for $2.95 then a $1.00 off digital coupon . I also bought angel soft toilet paper that was 5.00 on sale grand opening, that store only, for 3.95. I also bought diapers but the coupon actually did work for those. I paid and started thinking the amount didn’t sound right. I checked my receipt and sure enough the detergent was full price, same as toilet paper. Went back in the new clerk called his district manager and she said there is nothing they can do!! I went there for the sale items and was over charged.
Suggested solution:
They should have given me the sale price that was in there add. Instead the manager said there is nothing we can do. She said corporate screws them all the time like that. Sorry I think I was the one that got screwed. I was nice to the clerk because it was not his fault but I am so angry that they are unwilling to honor sale prices.
